We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG files. For best results, please provide vector files (AI or PDF) with all fonts outlined and images embedded. Our design team can also help you prepare your artwork if needed.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on printed items. However, if there is a production error or defect, we will reprint your order at no charge. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.
